Hey there,

I don’t know about you, but I like to think through a decision before taking the plunge.

Whether it’s moving cities, changing jobs, or maybe it’s just whether you should buy that new pair of sneakers, it’s helpful to know how a decision will make you feel before going through with it.

That’s why I’m sharing with you today my 4 step framework I use when making every big decision in my life. This includes moving to LA (and now NYC), applying to business school, and quitting my job at Apple to become a full-time writer, coach, and podcast host.

Think of this decision-making framework like trying on that new pair of sneakers. If it fits in the store, it’s going to fit when you get home. And that holds true when it comes to your decisions.
